Train action at Floral Park Station: Featuring the Montauk and Port Jefferson diesel trains

Recorded on 5/11/23. After seeing some elevators, I decided to do some railfanning at Floral Park Station before heading home. Unfortuently I did decide to cut this part of the trip short because I wanted to film so more rides and I brought the wrong mobile charger cable with me. So I wanted to make sure the train to Grand Central was an M9 so I could charge my phone. However, I still caught the most important trains here which were the diesel trains on the Montauk Branch and Port Jefferson Branch. This station is in terrible shape and kind of looks like a station you would see in a bad neighborhood. The truth is Floral Park is actually a great neighborhood! Sad to see the lack of maintenance being done at this station. Enjoy the action though!
