Freedom activists were gathered for the City of Joondalup Special Electors' Meeting taking place at the Joondalup Council Civic Chambers to testify on the impact that the government's mandates have had on their lives. Some were enjoying a picnic before the meeting and those who could not fit into the chambers due to restrictions listened to the livestream of the event on the grassed area. Afterwards rounds of applause were directed at the residents who testified.
