DMR Codeplug Programming, VERY BASIC, Anytone AT-D578UV

While programming, I just wanted to walk through it showing only the very basic DMR lingo and settings. I am building a codeplug and over the next couple of weeks I should have a code plug for the entire state of Florida, that I can hopefully post on my website for you to download.
