How to make homemade Glazed Donuts

Great Recipe to make homemade glazed Donuts.

Glazed Donuts
Ingredients:
Donut:
1 cup Milk (warm)
1 Egg
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Instant Yeast
2-3/4 cups Flour (sifted)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
2 tbsp Butter (melted)
Vegetable Oil

Glaze:
1/4 cup Butter (melted)
1 tsp Vanilla
3 tbsp Milk
Pinch of Salt
2 cups Powdered Sugar (sifted)

Combine Milk, Egg, Sugar and Yeast, whisk and let bloom.
Add Flour, Salt, Nutmeg and Butter.
Use Dough Hooks and knead until Dough comes clean off the bowl, form a ball.
Oil a bowl, grease dough ball with oil from bowl.
Cover with a towel and proof for 2 hours in a warm place.
Punch down dough, roll and stretch. Cut equal pieces and form balls. Pat dough into a disc and cut hole in center. Use doughnut holes and make a donut.
Place donuts on greased Baking Sheet and cover with towel, proof for 10 Minutes.
Heat Vegetable Oil in deep skillet (check with wooden spoon, ready when bubbles around it)
Slide Donut in hot Oil, fry on both sides until golden. Remove and place on wire rack.
Make Glaze, combine Butter, Vanilla, Milk and pinch of Salt. Incorporate Powdered Sugar.
Dip Donuts halfway in the Glaze and rest on wire rack until set.
