Boeing 757-200 / 757-300 / C-32 / C-32B Startup Procedure (Flightgear Simulator)

This is a short tutorial on startup of the Boeing 757-200 / 757-300 / C-32 / C-32B
There is no checklist for this, and this is done according to Boeing’s checklist. (not all switches are active, many are on by default already in the 757)
