A concerned citizen objected to Mishpacha Magazine regularly running ads from the JOWMA kefira organization. Eli Paley responded like a low-level customer service agent giving a customer the runaround and passing the buck.
Who is this "rabbinical board" at Mishpacha, and why aren't they PROACTIVE about keeping kefira out of the magazine?
