The Room at the End of the Hallway The hotel was an old building, full of history and mystery. The room at the end of the hallway had a reputation for being haunted, but the staff always brushed off any claims of paranormal activity. That is, until one guest checked into the room and never checked out. The guest was a businessman, in town for a meeting. He checked into the hotel, unpacked his bags, and headed out for the day. When he didn't return by the next morning, the staff became concerned and went to check on him. When they entered the room, they found it empty.
