Chicken garlic and kaju masala For a juicier Masala Chicken, marinate the chicken for a good 30 minutes to one hour in 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp mustrad oil, salt and 2 tsp curd and garlic paste. Fresh tomatoes always works better than tomato puree. Make sure you slow cook the chicken, as this would enhance the flavour and colour of your dish.
