French pastry chef opens croissant shop in Russian town | No Limits (E3) | RT Documentary

Frederic Andrieux was born in Carcassonne, France. He studied pastry making in his home country, which is famed around the world for its croissants. Frederic became a pastry chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Then, the talented chef worked in more than 8 countries around the world but, after visiting Russia, he chose to make the country his forever home! After working for more than ten years in Moscow’s finest restaurants, he met his future wife, Viktoria. The couple moved to a small town in Yaroslavl region and opened a little bistro which soon became famous for delicious croissants and fancy French pastries.
