I see it all the time.

People complaining that they aren’t seeing results after 6 weeks of more of being consistent.. YOU’RE DOING SOMETHING WRONG. The painful thing is people will realise this, not change anything and carry on as normal and just hope for the best.

If you had car trouble would you do that? NO you’d go to a mechanic.
