A tense brawl broke out over nominations for a Minneapolis City Council seat after supporters of Council Member Aisha Chughtai took the stage, which apparently caused an uproar among supporters of her challenger, Nasri Warsame. Agitated people jumped on the stage, shouting, banging on tables, and waving flags.
