How I Handle My Sweet Tooth

I have a sweet tooth. I avoid cravings by not running away from them, but by using @mtsnutrition whey and drinking coffee sweetened with artificial sweetener (I use Better Stevia liquid available at @tigerfitness ).

I’m a huge fan of these sugar substitutes and they’ve allowed me to make healthy food choices while staying lean and avoiding calorically dense foods.
