Pro-Life Reality Star Accidentally Admits She Got An Abortion

Former reality TV star Jessa Duggar Seewald shared her experience of having an abortion in an 18-minute vlog on YouTube. Duggar Seewald had been 11 weeks pregnant but her baby would not survive. She needed an abortion but, as they are banned in Arkansas where she lives, the procedure was referred to as a dilation and curettage. The experience has highlighted the need for access to abortion as a medical treatment for miscarriage, which can be mistaken for an abortion, and how the absence of access to abortion can be a threat to people's lives. Anti-abortion groups are trying to distinguish miscarriage treatment from an abortion, however, this is a gross misunderstanding of the law according to Louisiana Right for Life.Show more

There's a story out there and I don't I never followed the Duggars or the Duggars. what are they? Well, we were just laughing about this. They were in an age of reality television where everyone was just obsessed with white religious conservative people having a [ __ ] ton of kids. We got Jon and Kate Plus 8. The Duggars right? And they were really religious and one of them ended up being a pedophile shockingly. now this ran for Congress I think. This family Jessa Duggar Seewald recently okay well let's hear this is a clip from her video. This is what she's talking about. her pregnancy here. yeah her pregnancy. She was pregnant and they've got four kids and whatnot and here's the or something like that. and here she is talking about her pregnancy and how it had to end. process through the loss. it was just sitting there and holding hands and crying and what do we do from here? and I feel like in some ways missed miscarriages could be so much more jarring because [Music] you don't have clear signs of something going wrong. I mean I had bought him for like 24 hours and that was it. I ended up having to go see my doctor and because of my history of hemorrhaging and all of that, there was concern that if I tried to just take something or pass the baby at home I might have trouble and have to be transported and all of that. It was just something that seemed like a very good option. and so we decided to go to the hospital, get checked in there, and go through the process of the DNC. It was a difficult experience.
