Walking Kensington Streets Early in The Morning

Kensington Philadelphia early in the morning. On this early morning I walked through Tusculum Street and pointed out the house that Rocky lived in in the movie Rocky. You will see a crowd in front of the old sneaker store that has been close since the looting during the George Floyd protests. The train station on Kensington & Allegheny wasn't as bad as usual. Not the inside anyway. I only saw two police officers down there and both cars were in the park parked right next to each other. By the time I walked back pass they were gone. The beautiful McPherson Square (AKA NEEDLE PARK) was a mess with trash everywhere and people laying in the trash. although it was early the addicts were very active.
