Martial Arts (Arnis/Kali): Lowering Levels/Hitting Lower Torso

This one, you'll need to be patient with both yourself and the process in order to get used to compartmentalizing what your legs do and what your hands/arms do. Beginners would want to slow down in training the legs without using the arms first, while the Intermediates might want to simplify their hand motions while getting the timing down (pun intended) of their lower torso. To make it simpler and easier to remember, make this into a separate workout for your Leg Day.
