600g spelt flour (wholemeal)
3-4 tbs white flour
1/2 l buttermilk
salt, kummel
some milk
1 tsp honey
1 fresh yeast
1 egg
sesame

600g Dinkel- Vollkornmehl
3-4 EL weißes Mehl
1/2 l Buttermilch
Salz, Kümmel
etwas Milch
1TL Honig
1 Würfel Frischhefe
Sesam
