The Indianapolis Colts went on to hire their new head coach Shane Steichen During the offseason, who was the Eagle's offensive coordinator for the last 2 seasons, and then the Clots used their 4th overall pick to select Anthony Richardson in the 2023 NFL draft. But it's fair to say The Clots were in need of a Quarterback. Developing Anthony Richardson into a franchise quarterback could be a possibility, without a doubt selecting him was the correct decision. The Colts haven't been so lucky in finding their franchise's next Quarterback. However, they knew it was time, to finally draft a Quarterback instead of exploring other options like, free agency or trading for one. And now Shane Steichen will have another chance to develop a young player.
