In our journey as parents, it's crucial to lead by example and show our children what it means to live our best lives.

This goes beyond our relationship with them—it influences their relationship with themselves.

Some may find this offensive, as society often promotes sacrificing oneself for the sake of others, even at the cost of our children's well-being. But it's time we break free from this harmful cycle.

When we stay in toxic environments, we inadvertently teach our children unhealthy behaviors like violence, manipulation, and disdain for others. It's in these situations that toxicity thrives.

We must detach ourselves and take action, for by remaining in such circumstances, we are endorsing them.
