The Israelite Republic's Bitter End

In today's Freestyle Bible Study Pastor Scott and Anne Lively read and discuss 1 Samuel 3-4 and the story of the Philistine conquest of the Hebrews and theft of the Ark of the Covenant, which marked the end of the political dominance of the House of Israel over the 12 Tribes, and the transfer of authority to the House of Judah. That transfer represented the bitter end of the Israelite Republic and the beginning of the Judean Monarchy.
