"Pay no Attention to the man Behind the Curtain"! : THE WIZARD OF OZ (1939)

Dorothy discovers the Wizard is a "humbug". This is an apt analogy to our current reality (a fictional parallel to our present state of affairs, where an empty shell of an illegitimate, puppet president is (occasionally) paraded-around (and even HE admits he's not in charge), while sinister forces hiding in the shadows destroy the US economy, military, society...and future.
