Look at an AMD Phenom II X6 1090T desktop PC computer & graphics card bundle I got.
I think the tank needs liquid because it's empty.
Also, the Windows XP tablet thing works too.

Update the PC is going very well now.
I have filled up with distilled water.
Temps never go above 40C.
the 960 I could not get to go but sold as parts.
I could not get the windows xp on line but it sold the other day.
