أَمْسَيْنا وَأَمْسَى الْمُلْكُ للهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمَيْنِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّي أسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ هَذَه اللَّيْلَةِ فَتْحَهَا ونَصْرَهَا، ونُوْرَهَا وبَرَكَتهَا، وَهُدَاهَا، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا فيهِا وَشَـرِّ مَا بَعْدَهَا

وإذا أصبح قال ذلك أيضًا: أصبحنا وأصبح الملك لله، وقال: اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّي أسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ هـذا الـيَوْم فَـتْحَهُ وَنَصْـرَهُ

We have entered a new evening, and with it all dominion is Allah's, Lord of all that exists. O Allah, I ask You for the goodness of this night, its victory, its help, its light, its blessings, and its guidance. I seek refuge in You from the evil that is in it, and from the evil that follows it.
