How to make easy cheap dinner every night? Here I am with a daily ideas for new fresh homemade dinner
Ingredients:

2 beef steaks, about 1 inch thick
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 sprig fresh thyme
Instructions:

Remove the beef steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. This helps ensure even cooking.
Preheat a cast-iron skillet or grill pan over high heat.
Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Add the vegetable oil to the skillet or grill pan and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
When the oil is hot, add the steaks to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer your steak more well-done.
As the steaks cook, add the butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the pan. Tilt the pan and use a spoon to baste the steaks with the butter and herbs.
When the steaks are cooked to your liking, remove them from the pan and let them rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
Slice the steaks against the grain and serve hot.
