In the mission "Lump Your Heart" in GTA Vice City, you play as the protagonist Tommy Vercetti who is tasked with retrieving a stolen briefcase full of drugs from a rival gang. The mission takes place in a multi-level parking garage located in Ocean Beach.

As you arrive at the parking garage, you'll encounter a group of rival gang members who will attack you on sight. You'll have to take them out while making your way through the garage to reach the top level where the briefcase is located.

Once you reach the top level, you'll encounter more enemies guarding the briefcase. You can either choose to fight them head-on or use stealth tactics to take them out silently. After retrieving the briefcase, you'll need to escape the parking garage and deliver it to the drug dealer who hired you.

The mission is filled with action-packed gameplay and requires quick reflexes, good aim, and strategic thinking to successfully complete. It is one of the more challenging missions in the game and provides a thrilling experience for players who enjoy intense shootouts and heist-style gameplay.
