Second filmmakers are a hot commodity right now in the wedding filmmaking industry but all second shooters are not the same. You might think that you don't have enough experience or your shots aren't creative enough, but while I always love having someone with tons of experience, that is not actually one of the most important things I'm looking for when hiring a second shooter. Getting great shots comes with time and experience, but there are some intangibles that are arguably more important to a long lasting relationship for me and the people who I hire.
