NT Biblical Framework 02: Review Call of Abraham to Conquest

SBC Family and Friends,

Let's keep serving together. This year is all about forming a new pattern in our lives of serving and doing good works. We do this not to get salvation or to confirm it, but out of gratitude. It is not without purpose that we serve. God remembers all these things. He has a perfect future that incorporates our present service. Remember that what you are doing now by the Spirit will last forever!

Let us not lose heart in doing good,
For in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary."

Finally, we are starting the New Testament Framework. To do that we are reviewing the Old Testament Framework. The events are like pegs that you can hang the doctrines on so you can recall them in the Faith-Rest Drill. The Faith-Rest Drill is the ability to recall, connect, and trust when a difficulty arises. We need to be able to recall something from Scripture that will help, connect it with our circumstance, and trust the Lord. He has a purpose for everything.
