Anti-Constitutional: German Police patrolling the streets of France

Why is the German Police patrolling in France? The new EU laws are basically against the French constitution of a sovereign nation allowing an armed and uniformed foreign power patrolling the streets of France and with full jurisdiction enabling to arrest any French national by the German Police in the Frenchman's "own" country. As Mr Hitler said: one Police, one EU Empire and one Technocracy. This is how, the ones in charge are making the French people understand, that France as a once sovereign nation has been dissolved. And you better get used to it!
