During his final state of the state address, Governor John Bel Edwards made his support clear for the granting of exceptions for abortions when rape and incest are involved. Louisiana Public Broadcasting’s (LPB) Andre' Moreau explores the issues with Mary Patricia Wray, a political consultant and an adjunct professor at Tulane Law School, and Tara Wicker, a Pro-Life activist and community leader.
