MR. NON-PC - You Really Shouldn't Be A Landlord Anymore...

I've been seeing a large amount of these stories of squatters taking over peoples homes, and most of the time sadly....THE LEGAL SYSTEM SIDES WITH THE SQUATTERS!!!

So it would make sense for anyone thinking "ohhhhhh I'm gonna make extra side money renting out properties by being a landlord" ......nahhhhh...don't do it!! hahahah trust me on this one!!!

Let me tell you a recent horror story about this lame dude that rented out his "AirBNB" in South Philadelphia and you'll probably never want to be a landlord ever again hahahah!!

Just flip a house and sell it.....because you really shouldn't be a landlord anymore!
