Cyclone martial arts academy holds a monthly workshop for women!

Do you feel vulnerable and unsafe when you're out and about? Do you want to learn practical self-defense techniques that can help you defend yourself in real-life situations?

Our Women's Self-Defense Workshop is designed to teach you essential skills to help you stay safe and protect yourself. Our expert instructors will guide you through a range of techniques, including striking, blocking, and grappling, to help you defend against common attacks.

In this supportive and empowering environment, you'll learn how to:

- Recognize and avoid potential dangers

- Build confidence and assertiveness

- Use your body effectively in self-defense situations

- Develop a strong mindset and mental toughness

Our workshop is open to women ages 12+, all physical levels and no prior experience is necessary.
