Flags across New York will be flown at half-staff on Sunday to mark the one-year anniversary of the Buffalo mass shooting. New York Governor Kathy Hochul announced in a statement Friday that some state landmarks, including the One World Trade Center and Niagara Falls, will be lit orange to honor the day. 10 people were killed in a grocery store mass shooting in Buffalo on May 14, 2022.
