Urban Survival Shelter and Hidden Fire in a Creek Using Only an Axe

Jason builds a hidden stealth survival shelter on the fringes of an urban area. Using only a small axe and scavenged materials he constructs a raised bushcraft bed under a road with the creek flowing under. He uses a stone from the creek bed to sharpen his dull axe. Jason catches and cooks crawdads and a raised fire platform allows him to cook crawdads in the shelter. Using only one tool, can you survive on the edge of the city? Ok, maybe Jason cheats a little and uses his Wazoo Spark Necklace to start the fire.
