You guys know how much I love finding single ingredients that we most likely already have in our home and making recipes out of them. Today we have 3 easy recipes using Jiffy Corn Muffin mix. These jiffy corn muffin hacks are so good and they are so easy to make! You aren't going to believe it.

What's included in this Jiffy corn muffin hacks video:
Maple Corn Cakes -
1box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs
2 TBSP maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
3 TBSP Buttermilk
-Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Melt a small pat of butter in skillet over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan. Cook until golden-brown, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Serve with more maple syrup.

Homemade Jiffy-like Mix -
Mix together ⅔ cup flour, ½ cup yellow cornmeal, 3 TBSP granulated sugar, 1 TBSP baking powder, ¼ tsp salt & (optional) 2 Tablespoons oil
