Israel and Gaza exchange fire, ending fighting lull

Israel's Iron Dome missile defense system intercepted rockets fired from Gaza on Friday (May 12) towards the southern city of Sderot, while the country's military said it had resumed striking targets in the Gaza strip which they said belonged to the Islamic Jihad militant group.
