Space Force's Secret Shuttle, Hawking Radiation Falsifiability, How to Disprove Big Bang | Q&A 223

Some interesting stuff that may be of interest to you.

Takeaway; In order to disprove anything, you must disprove *everything* about it. Not just one single aspect. Everything must mesh with all aspects.
To prove something, you must not leave out any disproven aspect.

The word "theory" is over used, way over used. A theory is long and drawn out meshing well with every aspect.
The word "idea" is a better choice if you believe something is wrong. Then you must delve into ALL aspects to make it mesh. A very long and drawn out process. Mostly mathematical coupled with actual observations. Only then would it become a "theory" IF it is repeatable.
