A short clip of a video that I took during a seminar given by sifu Kiem Hoo Lee. Sensei Hing-Poon Chan (Meibukan Goju-ryu karate) was so hospitable that he organized seminars for me and my students in internal and external Chinese martial arts during our stay in Ottawa, Canada in 1999.
