IS THE MORNING, MIDDAY, OR THE EVENING THE BEST TIME FOR EXERCISE

In this episode we are going to go into what is the best time to exercise. Should we go during the morning, afternoon, or evening shifts. I talked about the upsides of being able to work out during these different times. I talk about the effects of eating also and the way your sleep patterns change with the different time slots.
