In this video, we will show you how to make crispy and delicious Mini Samosas, perfect for snacking or as an appetizer. With its crispy crust and flavorful filling, these samosas are sure to be a hit with your family and friends.

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup ghee or clarified butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 cup water
2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/2 cup green peas
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, ghee, salt, ajwain, and cumin seeds. Mix well until it resembles bread crumbs.

Gradually add water and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and firm. Cover and set it aside for 15-20 minutes.

In a pan, add oil and sauté green peas until they are soft. Add mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into small balls. Flatten each ball with a rolling pin and cut it into half.

Take one half and make a cone shape by sticking the edges with water. Fill it with 1 tsp of the prepared filling and seal the edges by applying water.

Repeat the process for the rest of the dough and filling.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the mini samosas until they are golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
