This is the 4th video of my healing journey and the last full video of me on this fast.

This is day 52-70 and there are an insane amount of parasites coming out. Lots of very gross photos and videos in this video as usual, so just be warned!

This video is confronting for me, I ask you please be mindful and respectful of how open, raw, vulnerable I am in this series and on this journey. Obviously lots of emotions and also lots of gross stuff coming out so it is quite graphic and visual!
