What’s with the quasar look on this light?

This is the screen recording from last night and I can’t seem to explain why that line is there. But it was like that for every light I looked at. There was a lot of chemicals coming down. Also, maybe that had something to do with it.
they’re is a plane/drone that seems to fly back-and-forth all night long. I suspect spraying chemicals, crop dusting us with chemtrails during the night. if anybody can explain why that lights look like this in cameras, or iPhones, particularly and maybe that little greenish bluish dot too, because that seems to always be on all my photos and videos but you don’t see it actually on the video but you can see it on your screen.
