Welcome back to Part 2 of our exhilarating YouTube series, where I continue my journey through Jeff Seid's demanding full back workout! In this thrilling episode, we conclude the intense routine with a series of challenging exercises, ensuring we leave no muscle fiber untouched.

We pick up where we left off, diving into cable rows. With four sets on the agenda, we progressively increase the weight while aiming for 15 reps on the first set, 12 on the second, 10 on the third, and 8 on the final set. Cable rows engage multiple muscles in the back, including the lats, rhomboids, and lower back, providing a well-rounded workout for optimal growth and strength.

Following the cable rows, we move on to straight arm cable pulldowns, a powerful exercise that targets the lats and provides an incredible stretch. Implementing Jeff Seid's recommended rep range of 12 to 15, we push ourselves to the limit with each set. But we don't stop there—after completing every set, we incorporate a dropset, intensifying the burn and pushing our muscles to new heights.

As the gym's closing time looms near, we face a time constraint. However, our determination remains unwavering. To ensure we finish the workout strong, we adapt to the circumstances and transition to chest supported machine rows. With seven sets ahead of us and limited rest time of only 30 seconds between sets, we challenge our muscles with a higher intensity. This exercise targets the mid and lower back, providing a focused and effective workout, even under time constraints.
