"O merciful God,
I come before you as a sinner in need of your forgiveness.
I have strayed from your path and have sinned against you and my fellow human beings.
I humbly ask for your mercy and grace to cleanse me of my sins and to strengthen me in my resolve to live according to your will.

I ask for the intercession of your Son, Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins. Help me to follow his example of love, humility, and selflessness.

I also ask for the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, who is our mother and refuge. Mary, please pray for me and help me to live a life that is pleasing to your Son.

I repent of my sins and ask for your forgiveness. Please grant me the strength to resist temptation and to turn away from sin.

I offer this prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
