Comcast Rant - No Customer Support - Online, On The Phone, & In Person

Customer support at Comcast/Xfinity is non-existent anymore. You can't even get a live person on the phone or in chat while online. Going to the office to complain is just as bad. I was given a phone number to call for setup when they gave me an updated gateway. Unfortunately, the phone number I called referred me to the Xfinity app which is in the Quick Start Guide.

Why did they not say that I would need to use the app to initiate the gateway?

Nearly 3 hours to set up the new gateway!
