2 children in critical condition after being rescued from burning home

Two children are in critical condition after being rescued from the second story, CFD Assistant Chief Matt Flagler said. A 17-year-old neighbor told WCPO that when she saw the fire, she ran into the home and was able to rescue one of the children inside before first responders arrived.
