Early in-person voting kicks off for Kentucky gubernatorial primary

Early voting starts May 11 in Kentucky, with three full days allowed for in-person voting ahead of the primary on May 16. Despite it being a gubernatorial primary, northern Kentucky election officials said they expect a low voter turnout.
