Cardio Workout šŸ˜…

This bodyweight cardio workout will get your heart rate up to improve your fitness and endurance whilst also increasing your calorie burn if youā€™re looking to lose weight.

There are also some strength elements, even with just your bodyweight, such as the lunges, squats and push-ups etc, so you will also build muscle and strength in a workout like this.

Try it!šŸ”„
Beginner - 30s work, 30s rest
Intermediate - 40s work, 20s rest
Advanced - 50s work, 10s rest
Perform in a circuit for 3-5 sets

Donā€™t forget to get your daily dose of vitamin D outside if itā€™s possible and to spend some time in nature too!
