Canada: Environmental groups and Green Party leader urge action on methane emissions – May 11, 2023

At a news conference in Ottawa, Green Party Leader Elizabeth May is joined by Tom Green (David Suzuki Foundation) as well as Dr. Sehjal Bhargava and Dr. Melissa Lem (Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment) to urge the federal government to act to reduce methane gas omissions. The call comes in response to a recent report by the Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development.
