• Became a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason in 1977.

• Joined York Rite 1985.
• Potentate of Midian Shrine 1998.
• Shriner’s Hospitals for Children Board of Governors 1998-2007
• Received Grand Master’s Award 1999.
• Outstanding Mason Award 1999.
• B Card Holder since 2011.
• Earned 32nd KCCH 2003 (Red Hat).
• Earned 33rd Degree 2009 (White Hat).
• Kansas Masonic Home Board of Directors 2015-2022
• Kansas Masonic Foundation Board of Directors Emeritus 2006-2018
• Served as Master of Albert Pike Lodge in 2012.
• Earned Masters’ Achievement Award for his service as Master.
• Warren currently serves as Treasurer for Albert Pike Lodge (since 2013).
