In the 1980s.. During the Zundel trial for 'Holocaust denial'.. Ernest Zundel was on trial for denying the ' 'Holocaust'.. Montreal gazette testimony and evidence Jan 18th 1985 no gas chambers existed. The Leuchter report proved no gas chambers existed and exonerated Ernest Zundel of all charges.
