LAWTON: New passport ditches our heritage

Yesterday, Canada unveiled a redesigned passport that will be printed and rolled out over the next year. The redesign process began in 2013 as a regular process to prevent counterfeiting, according to the federal government. True North’s Andrew Lawton took it upon himself to critique the new design, which has sparked controversy among many.
